Reduce The Waste From Cleaning Beer Lines

Hoshizaki Lancer has a new system that reduces wastage that happens whenever beer lines are cleaned. If the beer lines at a pub are cleaned weekly, the amount of beer lost can be up to 25 litres. Apparently some pubs reduce this cost by blowing the beer back down the line into the keg, however any contaminant or bacteria could then affect the entire keg. Second Coopers Stadium For Adelaide

Coopers has extended its sports sponsorship to include naming rights for another Adelaide Stadium. Hindmarsh Stadium is the home of Adelaide United, the soccer Australia A-League team. Under a new five-year agreement, the stadium will now be called Coopers Stadium, and Coopers will now have exclusive beer pouring rights.
