Hawthorn Brewing have just brewed Summer Witbier. The Witbier is a new limited release Belgian style white beer. It is the second beer to be released in their ‘Brewshed’ beer series. The whole Hawthorn crew went down to the Blackman Brewery, in Torquay, to brew this fruity and spicy beer. Changing positions at Coopers Brewery as part of a plan to educate beer staff and consumers about breweries, beer, food and flavours. Coopers now have three beer Ambassadors who are paid to meet people and talk about beer. They are Adrian Clark, Miro Bellini and Shinichiro Shimo.
