Rocks Brewing have just released a new seasonal Witbier brew. This Witbier was created on the tradition of 14th century Leuven, in Brussels. The renowned beers of that region used locally grown wheat and barley. However, in the tradition of modern Australian brewing, the recipe has been amplified to become an Imperial style Witbier.
