With so many references to beer bellies in jokes, media, and even some beer advertisements, it can be hard to believe that there is no such thing. It’s time we set things straight. The fat that we carry around with us, comes for a factor of how many calories we consume and how much work we do with those calories. Simply put, if we use all the calories that we consume then we won’t put on any weight. Another detail we need to know is the difference between men and women.
