Botanic Ale, the watershed collaboration beer brewed by Coopers Brewery and Lobethal Bierhaus is finally available. This then mark the culmination of a long process that began at the University of Adelaide’s barley breeding program. Collab Brew From Coopers and Lobethal Bierhaus

The first ever collaboration brew for Coopers Brewery is a special brew made in conjunction between Lobethal Bierhaus and the Botanic Gardens of South Australia. All proceeds from the special brew will go directly to the Botanic Gardens project fund. Coopers had sponsored the growing of a crop of Navigator barley at the Botanic Gardens.
