Neal Cameron set up the successful William Bull Brewery for De Bortoli Wines. Then in 2010, he went out on his own and started the Australian Brewery in the Sydney suburb of Rouse Hill. Mildura Brewery Stefanos Pilsner

Well-known chef Stefano de Pieri and his partner Donata Carrazza own the Mildura Brewery. In 1989 Donata’s father bought the derelict 90-year-old Astor theatre and transformed it into a modern brewery and restaurant. The brewery seems to be an oasis in the desert of the harsh Australian outback, especially on those hot summer Mildura days.
